Tango og jazz i skøn og dansabel forening. Tangoen føler sig hjemme i de sidegader i Buenos Aires, som guiden anbefaler, at man går forbi, og som heller ikke lokker med sin skumle belysning, men frister, så man alligevel følger den inciterende musik ind i anden baggård. I ny og næ dukker den op på de offentlige pladser og større scener, og i nye klæder, uden for Argentina.
