About

NY State's Oldest Surviving Theater! A major influence in 21st century electronic music, Icelandic band múm is known for its innovative combinations of electronica and acoustic performance. Conjuring an ambient and otherworldly signature sound, the band mixes glitch beats, sampling, and ethereal vocals with harmonica, glockenspiel, accordion, strings, and a variety of unconventional instruments. In recent years, múm has worked with artists as diverse as Kylie Minogue, Hauschka, Jóhann Jóhannsson, the Kronos Quartet, and the MDR Sinfonieorchester in Leipzig.
Don’t miss this opportunity to see them live as they take the stage at Hudson Hall on a rare US tour in honor of the 20th anniversary re-release of their first album, Yesterday was Dramatic, Today is OK.
