This concert caps the 8th annual Pittsfield CityJazz Festival, in Pittsfield, Mass., the "cultural downtown of the Berkshires."
The 16-piece New England Jazz Ensemble welcomes back guest artists Giacomo Gates and Ali Ryerson, as they perform material from their latest collaborative CD, "It's a Grand Night for Swinging."
Opening act is the Williams College Jazz Ensemble, directed by Andy Jaffe.
The venue is the gorgeous, historic Colonial Theatre.
