Chocolate, Wine & all that Jazz! is a benefit event for Civic Music Association on May 3, 2012 at the Patty & Fred Turner Jazz Center on the Drake University Campus. The evening will begin at 7:00 pm in the party tent with sweet treats from local participants, Chocolate Storybook, Cache Bake Shoppe, Chocolaterie Stam, Cupcake Emporium and Drake University. Live music will be provided by Brandon & Tina Findlay of "bella soul" and there will also be a silent auction benefiting Civic Music Association's Partners in Music Education programs.

At 8:00 pm, the Metta Quintet will perform in the Turner Jazz Center. They are the ensemble group from JazzReach, a nationally recognized organization dedicated to the promotion, performance, creation and teaching of jazz music....
