The Vampires are quickly becoming an icon on the Australian jazz scene with their unique blend of soulful jazz, old-school reggae and Latin rhythms. They have just released their third CD, Garfish, with compositions crafted while the band was at Banff Arts Center. Their powerful melodic invention and use of surprising grooves sets them apart.
