Tuesday, April 24th brings a first-time event to the Elks, Ragtime to Rock n Roll. Four great pianists will talk about the history of Blues and Jazz as home grown American made music and how America shaped the musical world all the way to Rock n Roll. Entertaining us will be Matt Ball known as The Boogie Woogie Kid, Kerry Price, Jarrod Champion and Jon Milan who has written the book Detroit: Ragtime in the Jazz Age.
