About
Admission to the Natural State Oxbow Festival (www.oxbowfestival.com) is $3 per person/$10 per carload of four. There is no charge for children under 12. On Saturday (from noon until dark) the festival features jazz/blues by five groups: the Julia Buckingham Trio, the Clifford Hawkins Quartet, Ed Lawson and The Jazz Masters with Legoria Payton, Tonya Leeks and Company, Ramona and The Soul Rhythms.
