Justin Robinson, saxophonist and composer, is known for his inventive solos with a striking and expressive sound. He has performed in groups like the Dizzy Gillespie All-Star Big Band, Carnegie Hall Jazz Band, Betty Carter’s Band, and the Roy Hargrove Big Band. He has 5 albums as a leader and has been a sideman on many records. For years, Justin was the saxophonist in Roy Hargrove’s Quintet and toured extensively with that group. Currently, Robinson is performing around the New York/New Jersey area.
