WRISTBAND INFORMATION
You can expect to receive your wristband beginning late March.
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO APPLY YOUR WRISTBAND TO YOUR WRIST.
A 3-day festival pass is one wristband, good for the entire weekend.
All guests are encouraged to register wristbands prior to entering the festival grounds.
All guests attending the festival must wear a wristband at all times.
Wristbands are void if tampered with or removed.
Tickets held at Will Call can only be retrieved by the cardholder with:
Original credit card of purchase  
Valid photo ID with signature.
Each price tier has limited quantity and prices are subject to change without notice.

No barcoded tickets will be issued for this event, all ticket-purchases prior to the end of March will receive a festival wristband by mail. All other purchases will be redeemed for a wristband at will call.

All wristbands will ship in mid-late March. Please allow 5-7 days prior to the show for your wristbands to arrive. Wristbands will be sent to the shipping address specified on your order. All international orders will be held at will call.

The wristband is your ticket to enter into the festival. Wristbands are not removable; please do not put it on prior to arriving at the festival.  You will be notified when your wristband is shipped to you.  If your wristband was not shipped to you, you will pick it up at will call during festival Box Office hours.
If purchasing for the 5k Road Race, you will receive a race bib that will be picked up prior to the race event at designated locations. 
Resale and/or transfer of the ticket/wristband/road race bib are prohibited and any such resale and/or transfer is void to the maximum extent allowed by applicable laws. Any such unauthorized resale and/or transfer may result in cancellation of the ticket/wristband and/or refusal of entry to the holder hereof without refund. Tickets/wristbands/Race Bibs not obtained directly from the primary seller (i.e., management of the event) may be lost, stolen, counterfeit or invalid and will be void and holder assumes all risks of purchasing a ticket/wristband/race bib other than directly from the primary seller (i.e., management of the event), including being excluded from the event without refund. In the event that prohibition on resale and/or transfer of the ticket/wristband is prohibited by applicable laws, maximum resale restrictions may apply. Reproduction or counterfeiting of this ticket/wristband is prohibited. This ticket/wristband/race bib may not be used for commercial purposes.
The holder consents to the use of his or her image, likeness, actions and statements in connection with any recorded audio, photograph, video or other publication of the event. Certain items may be prohibited by the policies of management, venue, promoters, participants or organizers. The holder consents to any potential searches while onsite (including upon entry to the event) for any prohibited items and the seizure of such items if found. In case of seizure, such items shall not be returned.
 
 
SweetWater 420 Fest 5K Road Race Event Waiver 
In purchasing this road race bib, I agree and know that running a road race is potentially hazardous activity, which could cause injury or death. I will not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly trained, and by my purchase or agreement to participate, I certify that I am medically able to perform this event, and am in good health, and I am properly trained. 
I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to any aspect of my participation in this event, including the right of any official to deny or suspend my participation for any reason whatsoever. I attest that I have read the rules of the race and agree to abide by them.  I assume all risks associated with running in this event, including but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, traffic and the conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. I understand that bicycles, skateboards, baby joggers, roller skates or roller blades, animals, and personal music players are not allowed in the race and I will abide by all race rules. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and inconsideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Sweetwater 420 Fest 5K, Happy Ending Productions, HEP Event LLC, SweetWater Brewing Co., the City of Atlanta,  all event sponsors, Runners Fit, event volunteers, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver.  I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. *No refunds, no transfers.
