Peggy Stern's music is everything! Her compositions range from highly original pieces to reharmonized jazz standards. “Everything she writes wants to dance, ” says Ken Dais of Jazziz. She gives us classical, salsa and jazz from the Eastman School of Music to the New England Conservatory, and the New York Jazz scene. She has taught, conducted workshops, and toured with greats. She now makes her home in Austin, and adds to the incredible musical scene here....
