Ryan Davis, award winning pianist, arranger, and composer, has been performing in the Austin area since 1997, most frequently as a member of the Kris Kimura Quartet. For the past 6 years, he has been the house pianist at Parker Jazz Club.



Ryan moved from Quincy, IL to study piano and sound recording at Texas State University. He then briefly moved to New Orleans, playing music and working at Ultrasonic Studios, and also soaking up the sounds and history, before returning to Texas to pursue graduate studies. ...

Recently, as a member of the Parker House Band, Ryan has continued to perform with Kris Kimura, leading the rhythm section, and backing up local and international guest artists. Throughout his performing career, he has shared the stage with artists such as Samara Joy, Esperanza Spalding, Kirk Whalum, Trombone Shorty, Russell Malone, Jeff Hamilton, Wynton Marsalis, and Elvis Costello.
