Glenda Davenport Quartet at Monks Jazz Club

Glenda Davenport was born and raised in New York, and began her professional singing career in 1992. She was a winner at The World Famous Apollo Theater’s Amateur Night and has performed at the Saratoga (NY) Jazz Festival and the Binghamton Jazz Festival. Glenda has performed at the Village Gate, Birdland, the Kitano Hotel, Iridium Jazz Club, and the Metropolitan Room in NYC and the Shanghai Jazz Club in Madison, NJ. One of the many highlights of her career was in Washington, DC at George Washington University in 2017.
