Legendary rock and folk-rock singer/songwriter James McMurtry is an unabashed activist and will deliver a night of scorching songs for Shock the Vote, a nonpartisan, community-building campaign aiming to energize the Austin community into taking action. For every dollar raised, 80 cents go directly to featured nonprofits Austin Creative Alliance, Austin Justice Coalition, Between the Pages, Out Youth, the SAFE Alliance, and Texas Appleseed.
