A native Houstonian and High School for the Performing and Visual Arts alumnus, Kevin Lovejoy is a pianist, keyboardist, composer, and producer who studied with Mary Norris at the Shepherd School of Music at Rice University, and Ellis Marsalis at the University of New Orleans. He has toured extensively with Fastball, Spoon, Michelle Branch, Daniel Powter, and John Mayer. In addition to countless studio credits, he arranged and produced Kat Edmonson’s debut album, co-wrote her hit song “Lucky”, and continues to lead the Kevin Lovejoy Trio with bassist Sam Pankey and drummer Daniel Dufour. This trio perform the last Sunday of every month at the Elephant Roon.
