The Austin Jazz Society proudly presents the Juliana Silveira Quintet to our MidWeek at Monks collaboration.

Juliana Silveira is a Brazilian pianist and composer graduated from Santa Marcelina University (São Paulo-Brazil). While living in São Paulo she was an active performer in a wide range of music styles. From playing in big bands, accompanying vocalists to solo piano concerts, she performed in various important stages in the city. In 2017 she moved to Austin, Texas, where she continues her work as a piano educator while still performing jazz and Brazilian music around town. In 2023, Silveira concluded her master’s degree in jazz Piano Performance at the University of Texas at Austin.
