director of Estamos Ensemble, a Mexican-American cross-border ensemble for musical exchange, as well as lead singer of Tsigoti, a socio-politically charged avant-punk band among many other groups and collaborations .

WD-41 is Guitarist/Improvisation Artist/Producer Willie Oteri known for his work with King Crimson, Frank Zappa and Peter Gabriel alumni teamed with Austin Trumpeter Dave Laczko (Barons of Rhythm, KAZI radio) an improvisational, experimental duo.
Willie Oteri has collaborated with Scott Amendola (Charlie Hunter) Dino J.A. Deane (John Zorn, Jon Hassel) Tony Levin (Peter Gabriel, King Crimson, John Lennon), Pat Mastelotto (King Crimson, XTC), Mike Keneally (Frank Zappa), Jerry Marotta (Peter Gabriel), Stu Hamm (Joe Satriani, SteveVai) and many more.
