Ronk Fink And The Rowdies at Cap City Comedy Club

On Sunday, May 6, at the Cap City Comedy Club, the Austin Traditional Jazz Society will present Ron Fink and the Rowdies. This Dallas-based traditional jazz band performed for ATJS for the first time last year and was a big hit. While Ron Fink (drums) was new to the ATJS scene last year, this year once again, he’ll bring his front line consisting of three superior players who have been featured at ATJS All-Star concerts in the past.

The doors at Cap City Comedy Club open at 1 pm. Concert admission is free to ATJS members. $10 general admission and $5 for students with ID.

Cap City features good food, full bar, (suggested minimum: 2 items, food or drink), 2 dance floors, and ample free parking. The hall holds up to 300 people — lots of room for all! ATJS concerts are family friendly. ...
