Bishop/Cleaver/Flood has been performing since 1996. Founded on an uncompromising group dynamic and aesthetic freedom B/C/F draws from a wide variety of composition and improvisational frameworks. The group’s debut 2005 recording Time and Imaginary Time (Envoi Recordings) received widespread acclaim from The New York Times, Chicago Reader, All Music Guide, Cadence Magazine, All About Jazz-New York, All About Jazz-Los Angeles, and the Detroit Free Press, among others. Their sophomore offering De Profundis (Envoi Recordings) will be released in April of 2015.
