Father's Day Jazz Fest at St. John Episcopal Church

Father’s Day, June 16th 2019 is the date for a free JAZZ FESTIVAL in the Waverly neighborhood of Baltimore. This event, cosponsored by the Baltimore Jazz Alliance and St. John Episcopal Church, will be held on the grounds of the church at 3001 Greenmount Avenue, from 1 pm to 7 pm (and inside the church premises in case of rain). It will feature a line-up of Baltimore-area jazz bands as well as fun activities for kids and families.

Bands include: the Todd Marcus Jazz Orchestra, Eric Kennedy Trio, Rufus Roundtree and Da B'More Brass Factory; The Women of Baltimore Jazz Collective, The Baltimore School for the Arts Big Band, and The Kings of Crownsville....

This is the second jazz festival sponsored by Baltimore Jazz Alliance, following the 2016 festival in Druid Hill Park. The Baltimore Jazz Alliance is a volunteer-run, nonprofit organization dedicated to promote live jazz in Baltimore and surrounding communities.
