His pursuit of creative music and fascination with improvisation soon led him to the world of jazz, which he began studying formally at Towson University in 2018.

As a way to challenge himself during the pandemic, Zach added composition to his studies. Not wanting to be limited to one aesthetic, Lambert combines elements of all his influences in both his writing and performing. The Zachariah Lambert Octet seeks to unite musicians from diverse musical backgrounds in order to combine their individual voices to create a fresh, unique sound. Zach and his bandmates are incredibly excited to perform at An Die Musik and look forward to what they can accomplish in the future.

Limited in-person seats: $15 / $10 full-time students with valid ID
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required at door
In -person attendees receive a link to the recording to view for one week.

Streaming Cost is $10
The link will be revealed to live stream participants 15 minutes before the show
