Michael Troy/Saxophone
Saxophonist Michael Troy studied with seasoned masters of jazz, including Gary Smulyan, Ralph Lalama, Todd Coolman, Pete Malinverni, among others.He completed his Bachelor's Degree in Music Performance from SUNY Purchase College, where he was awarded the James Moody Scholarship as well as the Joe Williams Scholarship. Michael has performed with the Grammy-winning Arturo O'Farrill Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra, Master Trumpeters Don Hahn, Carlos Abadie, and Josh Evans, and other distinguished artists in the jazz idiom.
Charlie Sigler/Guitar
A recent graduate of William Paterson University with a B.A. in Jazz Performance, guitarist Charlie Sigler has performed with Winard Harper, Harold Mabern, Eric Alexander, Myron Walden, Akiko Tsurga, Pat Bianci, Jared Gold, Vince Ector, Bruce Williams, Radam Schwartz, Kyle Koehler and Dave Stryker, at clubs and festivals throughout the region including the Montclair Jazz Festival, Litchfield Jazz Festival, Mid-Atlantic Jazz Festival, AFRAM and the Berks Jazz Festival.
Dean Torrey/Bass
Twenty four year old double bassist and composer, Dean Torrey, has had the good fortune to play and perform with Hal Galper, Thurman Barker, Joe Magniarelli, Myron Walden, Alex Hoffman, Gary Smulyan, Davis Whitfield and many others.
