Singer/songwriter Ife Sanchez Mora met the Grammy Award winning Danny Blume in NYC. They bonded over country life, music, and a love for family and quickly decided to work together. With a shared love of old time Blues, Blue Grass, Country music and rock, Ife & Danny had a clear and honest musical direction to explore. Soon after they were sending recordings back and forth to each other via email and the songwriting flowed naturally. Several months later Ife packed up her car and drove out to Danny's Hidden Quarry studio in Woodstock NY to record Country, Appalachian, & Blues songs way up in the mountains. Very quickly thereafter they played live, it felt good, and their duo was born....
