A jazz musician with four critically acclaimed recordings since 2019, performing again after a Covid 19 epidemic is a welcome grant. My nonet would love to share this American treasure with lovers of jazz and latin/jazz alike. Latin jazz music has been a mainstay of my recent recordings covering MUSIC IN FILM, songs from movies in that style that earned me a Grammy nomination in 2021. The music draws from my 35 years as a movie producer and participant in over 50 films and life’s experiences.
