The Bean Runner Jazz Project features Premik Russell Tubbs-Sax & Flute (John McLaughlin, Santana, Herbie Hancock), Neil Alexander-Piano (Nail, Mahavishnu Project, Trio of Terror), Joe Gil-Trombone (Trio of Terror), Nadev Sneer (Nail) and Alan Eicher), and John Menegon (David "Fathead" Newman, Dewey Redman, Joe Lovano).
They have all performed together in different groups at the Bean Runner and now have joined forces for this unique project.
This will be a night of jazz favorites, hand picked by the players themselves, featuring the music of Monk, Coltrane, Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers among others.
