Following his Grammy nominated 2009 debut "Sounding Point" - virtuoso guitarist Julian Lage returned with an evocative and finely wrought second release as a leader with, "Gladwell". Julian Lage has been bringing audiences at the Falcon to their feet since its private venue days. It has been an honor to have him present new music here. Lage has performed with an impressive list of renowned artists such as Carlos Santana, Pat Metheny, Kenny Werner, Toots Thielemans, Martin Taylor, Vassar Clements Gary Burton, Bela Fleck, Jim Hall, John Patitucci, Mark O'Connor and David Grisman and ahs appeared at St. Louis Jazz Festival, Monterey Jazz Festival and San Francisco Jazz Festival, not to mention the 2000 Grammy Awards.

As a member of Punch Brothers, guitarist Chris Eldridge has been at the vanguard of acoustic music for a decade. Eldridge studied with legendary guitarist Tony Rice. After graduating he joined his father's ensemble, Seldom Scene with whom he received a Grammy nomination in 2007. In 2005 he founded the critically acclaimed bluegrass band The Infamous Stringdusters. At the 2007 International Bluegrass Music Association awards, the Stringdusters won Emerging Artist of the Year, Song of the Year, and Album of the Year for their debut, "Fork in the Road". When mandolinist Chris Thile, enlisted him on an ambitious side project, The Punch Brothers were born. The band has released three critically acclaimed albums, two Grammy nominations and toured internationally.
Chris Eldridge has worked with musical luminaries Jon Brion, Fiona Apple, Paul Simon, John Paul Jones, Marcus Mumford, Justin Timberlake, T-Bone Burnett, Elvis Costello, Jerry Douglas, Sara Watkins, Del McCoury among others.
