Multiple award-winning Urban Folk Jazz artist - KJ Denhert - arrives with her extraordinary "New York Unit", after an around-the-world tour from Senegal, West Africa, to Anchorage, Alaska, followed by a joyous return to The Falcon!
KJ's release, "Destiny" (2014) comprises an enormous variety of musical and performance styles, tied together by her singular personality and straight forward lyrics brimming with honesty. Denhert has received three nominations by the 14th Annual Independent Music Awards (IMAs). Her song “Sorry” is in the “Best Blues Song” category, and “Beautiful” in the category of “Jazz with Vocals.” The album DESTINY is nominated in the category, BEST ADULT CONTEMPORARY ALBUM.
