The Brooklyn-based PARADOX TRIO is actually a quartet creating original music inspired by Eastern European traditions, and driven by an improvisational downtown edge . With their five previous releases on the Knitting Factory, ENJA and FELMAY labels, Paradox Trio has been influential in advancing world fusion with their innovative exploration of Balkan, Gypsy, middle eastern and klezmer music forms.

For 20 years these four musicians have been notorious for their high-energy concerts throughout North America, Canada and Europe.
