Singer/composer Raina Sokolov's singular soulful sound brings together the influences of Jazz and R&B with depth and a fresh edge. She studied voice with NYC-based singer Rufus Muller, and composition with John Esposito and Erica Lindsey. She has performed at the renowned Stimmen Festival in Germany, appearing with Lisa Sokolov, the 2015 Vision Festival NYC appearing with William Parker, the Mohonk Festival of the Arts, Caffe Vivaldi NYC, the Williamsburg Music Center, Pianos, and at private events with bassist Luke McCrosson.
