Winner of the American Pianists Association's Cole Porter Fellowship in Jazz, Aaron Diehl returns to the Kennedy Center following his 2008 solo Millennium Stage performance as part of the Jazz in DC celebration. This Juilliard School graduate (2007) has an impressive résumé, having toured with the Wynton Marsalis Septet immediately upon graduation from high school. He has performed with the Boston Symphony Orchestra, the late Hank Jones, Wycliffe Gordon, and Benny Golson. At only 25, he is certainly a jazz talent we'll be hearing from for many years.
