Pelosenel Q Lo Records is a small homegrown label specializing in jazz. It is owned by pianist/composer Carli Muñoz. There are so far four releases to date, all by Muñoz.

Love Tales – In this work Carli Muñoz sends us on a solo maiden voyage revealing his intimate journey along the trails of love. Classic standards along with several of Carli’s compositions, each tells a story of love made music.
Both Sides Now – A post-bop encounter of lyrical proportions. Both Sides Now features nine majestic bouts of championship improvisations by Carli Muñoz, Eddie Gómez and special guests Joe Chambers and Jeremy Steig.
Live at Carli’s Vol. 1 – The first volume of a Live at Carli’s recording series of the Carli Muñoz Trio, featuring Lucille Dixon with guest appearance by Eddie Gómez…an explosive feast of traditional jazz blues.
Maverick – This latest album release from Carli Muñoz assembles a superb band of stylistically unique players performing a collection of originals by the leader, and some Great American standards.
About Carli Muñoz:
Pianist Carli Muñoz has collaborated with some of the major figures in jazz and rock history. His impressive resumé includes concerts and/or recordings with a wide variety of jazz giants, such as Charles Lloyd, Chico Hamilton, Paul Horn, Les McCann, Wayne Henderson and George Benson; under his leadership: Eddie Gomez, Jack DeJohnette, Don Byron, David Sanchez, Potter Smith, Paul Chambers, Lucille Dixon and Jeremy Steig. His substantial contribution to rock includes concert and/or recordings and collaborations with Wilson Pickett, The Association, Jimmy Haskell, Jan and Dean, Peter Cetera, Evie Sands, Blondie Chaplin, Jorge Calderon, Henry Gross and eleven years with The Beach Boys. Carli’s newest and fourth solo album Maverick marks his entry into the mainstream jazz arena with an all star cast including two Grammy Award nominees for 2004.
