His latest release, If I Should Wander, feels less like an album and more like a diary to Knowles. The songs were recorded at home, in his own in little music room in the flat where he lives. The album feels more like a confessional than a recording. No frills, no trickery and just one microphone. The instrument he used to write and record this album is a National Triolian resonator built in 1932 that he has owned for 15 years, and has played onstage all over the world. He feels like he has finally discovered what this instrument was truly made for. This show will feature Davy Knowles acoustic, playing that very special Nation resonator.
