The internationally acclaimed Aardvark Jazz Orchestra, one of the longest running large jazz ensembles in the world, will continue its 41st season with Bluesology (the blues as political commentary). Led by founder/music director Mark Harvey, the band, with vocalists Jerry Edwards and Grace Hughes, will perform Harvey’s De-Evolution Blues and Looking Glass Blues, plus the world premiere of his latest piece Tritonista, based on the tritone, a main ingredient of modern jazz.
