Cellist and self-proclaimed storyteller Ben Sollee is at the forefront of contemporary instrumental music. His genre-bending songwriting style flows from his Kentucky upbringing, and includes influences from classical music and blues. He travels with his 1930 cello nicknamed Kay. Sollee is also known as an activist, and recently completed a 4,000 mile bike trip across America to raise awareness for environmental sustainability.

Becca Stevens is a jazz, pop, and folk singer/guitarist who grew up performing Appalachian-based tunes. An avid collaborator across musical genres, Becca has worked with artists such as the Kronos Quartet, Esperanza Spalding, Brad Mehldau, and Lionel Loueke. She has also re-interpreted and sampled works by Björk, rapper Frank Ocean, pop star Usher, and rock/blues artist Steve Winwood. Special guest, bassist Alan Hampton, joins this performance. ...
