Benny Sharoni Quintet at Scullers Jazz Club

Benny Sharoni is a take-charge tenor saxophonist with a powerful tone reminiscent of Sonny Rollins. Sharoni will feature his quintet - pianist Joe Barbato, bassist Todd Baker, drummer Steve Langone and guitarist Mike Mele.

Sharoni has recorded two CDs as a leader and is currently putting the finishing touches on a new recording also featuring the legendary saxophonist, George Garzone.
