Berklee Launches Indie Label, Launch Party featuring Jesca Hoop at Cafe 939

Come celebrate the launch of Berklee's new independent record label, Berklee Internet Radio Cooperative Records - or, birnCORE, with a show by UK-based "slyly inventive," "lyrical wizard" singer-songwriter Jesca Hoop.

birnCORE records live shows at Berklee's performances spaces, student engineers mix them to the artists' specs, and the LPs are sold to equally benefit the label and the artist. Because of birnCORE's unique model, the launch concert is not only a live show, but it will also serve as a recording session for Hoop's birnCORE LP.
