Among them, These Four Talented Musicians play in such varied settings as the Gill Aharon Trio, Naftule's Dream, the Blue Ribbons, Marc Pinansky & the Bored of Health, Brian Carpenter & the Confessions, Old Soldiers of the Prairie War, Charlie Kohlhase's Explorers Club, the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Calliithumpian Consort, among others.
They will come together on February 8th to share what ringleader Andrew Stern calls "an atmospheric interpretation of quintessential Americana." This jazz-inflected instrumental set will range from old time parlor music to melodies by such modern classic composers as Tom Waits and Randy Newman, and no doubt some surprises.
