Historic New England and Mandorla Music invite you to be part of the first annual David Chesnut Jazz Festival at the Eustis Estate. The outdoor festival will feature the Zahili Zamora Trio, the Jerry Bergonzi Quartet, Astronomico, Andrew Stern and the Lemuel Marc Quartet, as well as a performance by Continuum Dance. Family-friendly activities will be available throughout the day. Set times will be announced closer to the day of the festival.

David Chesnut was a coachman and chauffeur who worked at the Eustis Estate from the 1890s until 1905. He had a lifelong passion for music as both a performer and connoisseur, and he was active in the community. Bring your own chairs and blankets for lawn seating. Festival is outdoors and will be held rain or shine, so dress appropriately for the weather.

Food and beverages will be available for purchase, including Mom on the Go Grilled Cheese and The Ice Creamsmith.

In conjunction with the festival will be an exhibition featuring artifacts from the Chesnut family collection and an in-depth look at their story. Entry into the museum is included with festival ticket.
