Awakened Samatha & Johnty Wilks ( sax, nu - jazz, sacred electronica) will be playing live with new tracks from their latest releases and will also leading a meditation & music session. Expect relaxing meditative music with flutes, chillout sax, ambient synths, laid back grooves & rhythms, candles, an open fire place plus Dj and special guests. The afternoon will also include various meditations, and “chillout 5 rhythms style” dancing to a variety of chillout, downtempo, ethnic, new age, nu jazz music. You can also book a massage and overnight accommodation (some ensuite)is also available for those wanting to stay and have a relaxing weekend (dormitory space is also available, bring your own bedding), with more music (visiting musicians, dj) and socialising in the evening. The event is based at a private medieval manor house which is also a residential recording studio for musicians and others that want to explore music, improvisation and meditation. £5 suggested donation.
