Bring your picnic blankets and lawn chairs as The New England Jazz Enrichment Foundation presents the "NEJEF High School Jazz Band Showcase" in conjunction with the 2016 Newton Festival of the Arts featuring 4 area Jazz ensembles including groups from Host schools Newton North under the direction of Richard Labedz and Newton South High School under the direction of Ed Harlow along with Brookline High School under the direction of Carolyn Castellano and one more tba... A Real Swingin' Time! Free to the Public 1:00-5:00pm event will be held at Newton City Hall Veterans Memorial Auditorium, 1000 Commonwealth Ave in case of rain
