Stanton Davis, is a well seasoned trumpet player who has played with everyone from David Sanborn to Diana Ross and was mentored by jazz legend, George Russell. Along with being an educator, Stanton is also a composer and his seminal Jazz Funk album, Brighter Days from 1977 was recently reissued worldwide on Cultures of Soul Records.
