This one-time concert performance is a unique opportunity to hear the styles of three outstanding pianists: the established mastery of George W. Russell Jr.; the cutting-edge harmonies of Laszlo Gardony; and the fresh, hot sounds of Yoko Miwa ... all in one place at one time, backed up by the solid rhythm section of Ron Mahdi (bass) and Ron Savage (drums). All proceeds will go towards helping the Cambridge Jazz Festival meet financial obligations that will allow this summer’s 3rd Annual Cambridge Jazz Festival to continue to be FREE to the public.
