“Tudo Azul” Brazilian Jazz Trio with vocalist Evelyn Rosenthal.
Pianist David Rumpler leads this swinging trio that specializes in jazz takes on the best of Brazilian bossa nova and samba, featuring songs by Brazilian songwriters A.C. Jobim, Ivan Lins, Milton Nacimento, and Caetano Veloso. Evelyn Rosenthal is a jazz vocalist with a spot-on Brazilian inflection and an expansive repertoire of great Brazilian songs. Peter Tillotson is one of the Boston area's most sought after jazz bassists, known for his beautiful tone, intonation and swing.
