Documenting the Music of Leap of Faith and Members.

Leap of Faith is a pure improvisation ensemble collaboration between PEK (clarinets, saxophones and double reeds) and GLynis Lomon (cello, aquasonic and voice). We were very active in the Boston improvisation/new music scene throughout the 90s and early 00s in several incarnations featuring Mark McGrain (trombone), Yedidyah Syd Smart (drums), Craig Schildhauer (bass), Yuri Zbitnov (drums, percussion) and James Coleman (Theremin) .

We enjoyed performing with many guests including David Maxwell (piano), Curt Newton (drums), Leslie Ross (bassoon), Raqib Hassan (clarinets, saxophones and double reeds), B'hob Rainey (soprano sax), Eric Rosenthal (drums), Forrest Larsen (viala), Rob Bethel (cello), Laurence Cook (drums), Eric Zinman (piano), Tatsuya Nakatani (percussion), Seth Louis (bass), Guadulesa (painting), Adrienne T Hawkins (dance), Martha Ritchey (Fractal graphic scoring), Taylor Ho Bynum (trumpet), and Richard Poole (vibes).
