Every Saturday, Ken FIeld's Revolutionary Funk will help you get your groove on! With deep roots in the New Orleans funk tradition, saxophonist Field leads a rotating group of musical masters on drums, guitar, and The Club's own Hammond B3 to bring you classic groove and funk material plus a handful of compelling originals. Boston & Truro-based Field also leads his brass-based group the Revolutionary Snake Ensemble, and has performed and recorded with Peter Wolf, Willie Loco Alexander, Trombone Shorty, Charles Neville, Birdsongs of the Mesozoic, and the Georgia Symphony Orchestra. He is the President of JazzBoston, and a member of the organizing committee for the HONK! Festival of Activist Street Bands...
