Born in Beckenham in 1971, Internationally acclaimed guitarist Richard Smith is a veteran road dog sometimes referred to as “The hardest working man in the biz.”With a repertoire that spans from uptempo barn burners to swing standards, Chopin, Bach, Mozart, Scott Joplin, fiddle tunes, pop, 60’s classics to Sousa marches, his solo show is a showcase of guitar virtuosity and versatility.2024 brings the new year in with a tour of the southern states and down to Florida, until April when he heads out west for a three month mega tour in GA, TX, NM, AZ, UT, MT, WA and CA.
