Tim Jago & Troy Roberts:
Guitarist, composer and educator Tim, has been performing and recording across Australia and the United States for over 15 years, and played at major jazz festivals on both continents. He has played or recorded with an incredible array of artists including Dee Dee Bridgewater, Chick Corea, Bobby McFerrin, Vince Mendoza, Steve Miller, James Morrison and Arturo Sandoval.
Saxophonist Troy Roberts has received numerous accolades including 3 DownBeat SM Jazz Soloist Awards, 2 Grammy Nominations, and was a semi-finalist in the 2008 Thelonious Monk International Jazz Saxophone Competition. Graduating with a Bachelor of Music at the young age of 19, he has performed around Europe and the US extensively with artists such as Jeff ‘Tain’ Watts, Joey DeFrancesco, James Morrison, Aretha Franklin, Van Morrison, Christian McBride, Sammy Figueroa, Dave Douglas, Orrin Evans and Kurt Elling to name a few....

Rafael Karlen:
Rafael is an award-winning composer, saxophonist, and arranger. He has continued to build a reputation as one of the more creative, exciting and surprising musicians on the Australian music scene. Rafael’s music has been performed by small jazz groups, rock and pop ensembles, big bands through to chamber orchestras and string quartets. He has performed throughout Australia and New Zealand, and in Canada, Cambodia, England, Scotland and Sweden.

Steven Grant:
Multi-instrumentalist Steven Grant has travelled the world playing all kinds of music on all kinds of instruments, including bass in reggae and rock bands, solo ragtime piano at major jazz festivals and trumpet in classical chamber music.
Steven Grant is known and respected by his contemporaries simply as a genius musician. He plays guitar like Django Reinhardt, he is seen as one of the best New Orleans stride pianists in Australia and can cut the Coltrane changes on saxophone.
