The duo have played together a lot over the decades in various bands and occasional line-ups. Both of them were influenced by György Szabados, perhaps the most influential master of the era, when they began to master the wide range of collective improvisation and to discover the boundlessness of playing freely. It's been a long time since they played together, and their duo performances are rare, so this concert is a special occasion!
