INTERNATIONAL JAZZ DAY

The Kjetil Mulelid Trio released their debut album "Not Nearly Enough To Buy A House" in 2017 on the renowned Norwegian label Rune Grammofon, known for their selection of the best Scandinavian experimental electronic, jazz and improvisational music. Their debut has received widespread international acclaim, with critics most notably mentioning Keith Jarrett and Bill Evans. The 2019 album "What You Thought Was Home" received a 5/5 rating from Jazz Journal. All About Jazz described it as mature, The Wire as magical and Jazzwise as stunning. In 2022 they continued with their third album "Who Do You Love the Most?", which became a minor hit on Spotify and received many great reviews, including International Piano Magazine calling it "a beautiful and refreshing release". This piano trio is truly made up of some of Norway's most exciting young jazz musicians, with members participating in projects such as Norway's Grammy-winning Morgonrode and Grammy-nominated Wako and Bushman's Revenge. ...
