The event is presented by an nonprofit organization that promotes jazz education in Bakersfield. This event starts a series that includes a beginning class/workshop, a featured artist, and an open jam session. Each portion is over an hour long and the entire event is free and open to the public. This performance will feature mostly original latin jazz music written by band members.
