After 50 years of performing across SoCal and around the world, pianist/composer/bandleader David Garfield will perform his first solo concert of his career. As part of the Solo Piano Series being presented by host Alan Goldman and The G Spot, David will play a wide variety of selections covering all corners of the musical universe. He will of course pay tribute to his mentors like Horace Silver, Chick Corea, Herbie Hancock, George Benson, and Joe Sample, as well as perform some of his own popular compositions from his widely successful recording catalog on Creatchy Records.

There will be a short intermission and some refreshments will be provided.
This is a unique opportunity to be up close & personal with David in a cozy, intimate house concert setting in Glassell Park/Mount Washington with world-class sound.
